A crucial step to our goal to halving Australia's food waste by 2030
Join us in the launch of Stop Food Waste Australia’s national voluntary agreement. The Australian Food Pact will be launched 4pm to 5pm AEDT, Thursday 21 October (doors open at 3.30pm) by the Hon. Sussan Ley MP, Federal Minister for the Environment.

Assistant Minister for Waste Reduction & Environmental Management
Mr Evans was elected to Federal Parliament as the Member for Brisbane in 2016, serving as Chair of the Government’s Policy Committee on Employment, Innovation, Science, Small Business and Resources, as well as serving both the Economics and Environment parliamentary standing committees. He became Assistant Minister for Waste Reduction and Environmental Management in May 2019.
